Our game is not suitable for minors younger than 16 years old. under 16s can only attend the game by being on the guidance of an adult.

Eating and Drinking

When it all starts in the house you cannot fulfil your basic needs such as eating drinking and using restroom when the game starts.

Damaging

You cannot reach any solution in the game by being pushy, by breaking off things and/or damaging items in the house.

Photos or Videos

It is not allowed to take photos or videos during the game

  •  We believe the best advertisement is by word of mouth what you experienced in this house. But we recommend is not to give spoilers, this will prevent them to enjoy the game
  • We will be watching you from closed circuit camera system in Ouija Bournemouth and communicating with you by loud speaker and microphone. For this reason if anything urgent happens to you we can take you out of the game but we will not let you get back in the game.
  • Players are responsible on any harm that happens to themselves within the house
  • Players are responsible on any harm that happens to objects within the house
  • You cannot take any objects from the house.
  • Your time limit of 60 minutes starts soon as you enter the house after wavers are signed and payment is made. To be able to use all of your time limit we suggest you to arrive Ouija Bournemouth house 10 minutes before of your reservation hour.
  • We request you to reach us via email or phone if you want to cancel your reservation because there might be other players who would like to attend the game at that hour.
  • Since Ouija Bournemouth contains tension factors it is not suitable for people who suffer from heart issues, panic attack, anxiety disorder, asthma, claustrophobia and also not suitable for pregnant women. If patients of these would like to attend our game and comes across any medical conditions our company is not liable of any loss.
  • Ouija can be played with at least 2 people and at most 6 people.
  • Players that arrive late to game cannot get involved after the game has stated, If your group is late to house of 30 minutes there will be a cancellation. Your time limit starts from the reservation time for preventing unjust treatment for other groups.
  • If you obey the directions of the director within the game you will enjoy the whole 60 minutes. Don’t forget that if a direction is given to you it is only for you to enjoy the game.
  • The company reserves the right to turn away and cancel a game if team members appear to be under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal substances.
  • You will be shared wavers that shows you accepted all the terms and conditions. Game will not start before each player signs these wavers. Thank you for your understanding.
